The only slight issues we found were we found it strange the children's indoor play area wasn't open? I can't see why you couldn't book time slots like the swimming unless the restrictions are different i don't know. Also the food onsite was hit and miss Papa John's and Burger King are obviously the same overpriced rubbish you get anywhere, the fish and chip shop is pretty awful and massively overpriced. We thought the coast house was really nice though we had dinner there when we arrived and it was lovely.
Fantastic from start to finish 👏
Just returned from a long weekend from Hafan Y Mor with my partner and two year old daughter and we had a fantastic time. We stayed in a deluxe caravan and it was brilliant, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. I've seen quite a few reviews moaning about not being able to use the swimming pool, it's quite simple if you book and you are a hideaway holiday Haven will get in touch with you a couple of weeks before your holiday to give you the opportunity to buy fun passes which enable you to use the swimming pool and go the evening entertainment. We did this and the Sunday before you go you have to book your swimming slots, which I think was brilliant and I hope that it is something that stays in place when we went swimming you are shown to your changing room and obviously with having to book a time slot the pool isn't overcrowded and you are able to get on slides etc easily.
The site itself is great, loads to do and the staff were fantastic every single staff member we come across was really friendly and helpful.
